Virginia Chevalier

Born and raised in Denver, I migrated north to Colorado State University in Fort Collins for college. I fell in love with the city and a handsome guy and never left. We have 2 wonderful children and an exciting life.

I take pride in my high energy and transparency which is what I bring to the mortgage industry. I love helping people through the exciting and sometimes nerve-racking process of purchasing or refinancing a home.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ with over 15 years of financial advising experience, I take the time to assess your full financial picture before recommending the right loan for you and your situation. I believe it is important to choose your home purchase price, down payment amount, and mortgage design in context with your overall financial plan.

I grew up in Colorado Springs and graduated from Colorado State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with concentration in statistics. In August of 2006, my beautiful wife, Virginia and I were married. In March 2011 we became the proud parents of our son, Will and in 2014 our daughter Paisley rounded out the family. I have always been a sports enthusiast. Besides my family, my next love is baseball (specifically the Yankees). I am also passionate about both professional and college football, and college basketball. I try to stay active by playing softball, volleyball and wake surfing.

Being born and raised in Colorado Springs, I have watched as the City has grown. My mom has been a realtor since I can remember and was always so eager to hear about her stories (good or bad) as she would help people get into their dream home. In 2015, I realized that the Mortgage Industry was something that I was very passionate about. Helping families explore options for their home purchase or refinance and knowing their WHY is what thrills me. I treat every transaction as if it were my own.

Colorado Springs will always be home for my family. My husband and I have 2 amazing kids along with 2 fur babies. We enjoy traveling, sports and of course, family game nights.
